- Navigate to your Source Matter: Open the matter you wish to replicate.
- Access the Action Tab: Locate the Action tab in your dashboard.
- Select Clone: Click on Copy Matter / Clone Template.
- Customize the New File: A window will appear. Here, you can set the new Client Name and the current Date.
- Fine-tune the Details: Check off the Description box (and any other relevant fields) to ensure all specific dockets and notes carry over.
- Finalize: Click Copy Matter / Clone Template again.
Pro Tip: Once you hit that final button, simply search for your new matter. You’ll find that the entire structure—including those tedious dockets—is already there, waiting for you.
